The new aluminium profile PAS 3020 was specially developed for use with
hopper feeders, milling cutters in particular for roll removal and course fibre disbandment.
The spiked lattices manufactured in this manner can be equipped with the reliable
polychrome belts, transilon belts as well as toothed belts based on application and load situation. The latter makes it possible to install a geared drive in connection with toothed wheels. This prevents belt slipping.

Description

A very durable and maintenance easy spiked lattice belt has been created using this system. This has been achieved by the following details:

-	The aluminium lattice PAS 3020 with a cross section of 30 x 20 mm offers a smooth surface. The profile was designed as a hollow core to reduce the weight. However, the profile is still solid at spike positions. This assures that the spikes have a good hold in the lath. The distance from the lath centre to lath centre is 50,8 mm as a standard. Other pitches are available on request. To prevent tarnishing of the aluminium, the laths can be equipped with an anodized surface.
-	The laths are fastened using galvanized screws M5 and special hardened steel bolts.
-	The pins have a standard 4 mm diameter. The pin angle is 45 degrees.
-	The belts are available in a selection of materials and designs. - polychrome belts; with leather coated polyamide cores, the screw heads are sunk into leather. Width as chosen individually. - toothed belts for shaft diameters > 300 mm. 50 mm wide polyester belts reinforced with special fibres. Large teeth, connected by screws to the belts and laths, assure the additionally necessary frictional connection. - toothed belts for shaft diameter < 300 mm are equipped with non-driven intermediary teeth. These ensure low noise and low wear operation, even for small shaft- or wheel diameters.

Bà Nguyễn Thị Điền, Tổng Giám đốc công ty, một phụ nữ dịu dàng nhưng đầy quyết đoán kể chuyện: Khi mới thành lập năm 1992, chúng tôi chỉ là một cơ sở nhỏ chuyên may gia công xuất khẩu cho Nissho Iwai, Itochu, Minoya...  là những công ty thời trang hàng đầu của Nhật Bản.

“Người Nhật vốn cẩn trọng tỉ mỉ, do vậy yêu cầu về chất lượng đối với sản phẩm của họ rất cao. Những năm tháng làm gia công không chỉ giúp cho lãnh đạo công ty tích lũy kinh nghiệm, mà tay nghề của công  nhân cũng được nâng lên rõ rệt”.

Năm 1997, kinh tế khu vực Đông Nam Á bị khủng hoảng, các đơn hàng của công ty bị ảnh hưởng rõ rệt. Làm thế nào để duy trì công ty, đảm bảo đời sống cho công nhân viên là câu hỏi lớn đối với ban lãnh đạo. Vì vậy, “Đàm phán mua bản quyền, khai thác thương hiệu thời trang quốc tế Pierre Cardin là một quyết định táo bạo khi ấy. Nhưng An Phước có được thương hiệu Pierre Cardin phần nào cũng là do duyên may”, bà Điền nói.

Thực tế, trước khi đàm phán với công ty An Phước, tập đoàn trang nổi tiếng này đã từng làm việc với nhiều công ty may mặc lớn của Việt Nam nhưng không thành. Pierre Cardin chọn An Phước chính là do chất lượng sản phẩm.

Còn với An Phước, quyết định này thực sự là bước ngoặt lớn, là cơ hội để công ty phát triển thương hiệu thời trang Việt Nam đạt tiêu chuẩn quốc tế cả về thiết kế và kỹ thuật.

Sau nhiều lần gặp gỡ, trao đổi, công ty An Phước và Pierre Cardin đã đi tới thống nhất, An Phước được sử dụng thương hiệu Pierre Cardin trên các sản phẩm may mặc của mình là veston, quần tây, sơ mi, đồ lót nam. Ngoài ra, An Phước còn được độc quyền phân phối sản phẩm mang thương hiệu Pierre Cardin trên thị trường Đông Dương.

Tuy nhiên, vào thời điểm năm 1997, mỗi chiếc sơ mi mang thương hiệu Pierre Cardin có giá khá cao so với mức sống của đại bộ phận người dân Việt Nam, Lào, Campuchia. Vì vậy, An Phước đã quyết định “dấn” thêm một bước là khai thác song song thêm nhãn hàng tại thị trường nội địa với thương hiệu An Phước nhằm hỗ trợ chi phí đầu tư thương hiệu Pierre Cardin.

 Chỉ một thời gian ngắn sau đó, với sự cẩn trọng trong từng đường kim mũi chỉ, chi tiết với từng sản phẩm, công ty đã khẳng định mình với dòng sản phẩm thời trang cao cấp thể hiện sự sang trọng, lịch lãm, đa dạng về mẫu mã, kiểu dáng cùng với những gam màu đầy cá tính.

Hàng loạt cửa hàng mang tên An Phước- Pierre Cardin đã bắt đầu xuất hiện tại Tp.HCM rồi ra Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng, Cần Thơ...  Tới nay, hệ thống phân phối của công ty đã lên tới 70 cửa hàng trên khắp cả nước.

Nhưng không giống với các thương hiệu thời trang khác, thường phân phối sản phẩm thông qua đại lý, công ty An Phước chủ động thuê cửa hàng rồi cử nhân viên của công ty đảm nhiệm. Ngay cả khi Flappy Bird bị gỡ xuống, sự xuất hiện của hàng nghìn bản nhái ăn theo càng khiến Google có thêm lợi nhuận từ mảng quảng cáo di động.

Hôm qua (10/2), trò chơi đang gây sốt toàn cầu – Flappy Bird đã được tác giả – Nguyễn Hà Đông gỡ bỏ khỏi các kho ứng dụng di động. Hiện tượng Flappy Bird sẽ còn được bàn luận rất nhiều trong những tuần tới. Các nhà phát triển ứng dụng muốn noi theo thành công này, giới phân tích sốt sắng tìm ra nguyên nhân tại sao Flappy Bird nổi tiếng đến vậy, còn những người hâm mộ thì băn khoăn lý do trò chơi này bị rút xuống.

Dù kết quả ra sao thì Flappy Bird cũng đã kiếm được rất nhiều tiền, Forbes nhận định. Trò chơi này đã tạo ra một người hùng, khiến vô số nhà phát triển khác ôm hy vọng tạo nên kỳ tích tiếp theo. Đó là lý do vì sao Flappy Bird quan trọng với mảng quảng cáo hiển thị trên điện thoại của Google. Và đại gia tìm kiếm cũng là người chiến thắng đích thực trong thế giới Flappy Bird.

Google hiện có hai hình thức quảng cáo trực tuyến, trên website (AdSense) và trên điện thoại di động (AdMob). Hãng không tiết lộ tỷ lệ phân chia doanh thu từ AdMob. Nhưng tỷ lệ này trên AdSense là Google hưởng 32% doanh thu từ nội dung và 49% từ tìm kiếm. Theo đó, hãng được nhận số tiền gần tương đương Nguyễn Hà Đông từ Flappy Bird. Trong dài hạn, rõ ràng là họ sẽ còn kiếm được nhiều hơn thế.

Flappy Bird đang được nhái lại rất nhiều trên các kho ứng dụng di động. Tất cả đều theo công thức của trò chơi với dòng quảng cáo hiển thị trong game. Dù các bản nhái này khó có thể doanh thu triệu USD như bản gốc, Google cũng sẽ vẫn kiếm tiền được từ đây. Nếu cộng lại, doanh thu từ tất cả các game nhỏ này cũng gần tương đương Flappy Bird.

Quan trọng hơn cả, Flappy Bird đã tạo nên huyền thoại về một nhà phát triển ứng dụng cá nhân, chỉ cần một chỗ trống cho banner quảng cáo là đã có thể giàu có. Dù vậy, thực tế sẽ khó khăn hơn nhiều với các lập trình viên tại gia.

    Transilon Spiked Lattices

General

Transilon spiked lattices have the spiked laths fastened on the top or bottom
side of the conveyor belt instead of on the belt top side. The conveyor belt consists
of continuous web supports of multilayer polyester material coatings and a single
or double side PVC coating. As standard, due to their high quality, we use transilon belts supplied by Siegling. The special design "MF" which is chosen by various machine factories has wooden or aluminium laths on the top side. This design requires rollers and will not be dealt with further here. Illustrations are to be found in our main prospectus. For special queries, we request that the machine type is named - we have detailed information on a host of machines!
Transilon spiked lattices of "Geko" design have the laths fastened underneath the conveyor belt and the pins pierce through the belt. "Geko" spiked lattices can run over rollers as well as continuous shafts. In order to achieve the required drive friction and adequate running smoothness, the rollers or shafts coming into contact with the wood laths should be coated with polyurethane or leather.

-	The laths of beech, ash or laminated beech are manufactured in differing, fitting cross sections depending on the use and the relevant pin dimensions.
-	The lattices are standard fastened with sunk copper rivets and washers. If required, galvanized or stainless steel screws and nuts can be provided.
-	We stock the pins to fit the transilon belts from 2,95 mm to 4 mm diameter for pin lenghts between 38 and 64 mm. Other dimensions can be provided at longer delivery periods. The pins can also be durably protected against corrosion: The pin angle is 45 or 90 degrees.
-	We have a wide experience in relevant transilon belt qualities. We offer the optimal choice not only for standard operation but also for damp or wet operation and even for use with aggressive chemicals during, for example, viscose production.
-	If the installation of the supplied endless belt into the machine is too difficult, the transilon belt can be supplied with a hinge connection for endless connection.

The PVC profile PKS3020 was specially developed for use with hopper
feeders and milling cutters. The spiked lattices manufactured in this manner
can be equipped with reliable polychrome belts as well as with toothed belts, based on application and load situation. The latter make it possible to install a geared drive in connection with toothed wheels. This prevents belt slipping.

Description

A very durable and easy to maintain spiked lattice belt has been created using this system. This was achieved by the following details:

-	The PVC lath PKS3020 (Sketch: A) with the cross section 30 x 20 mm offers a smooth surface. A core of laminated wood has been inserted into the PVC hollow section in order to ensure that the pins are fastened securely. The standard distance from lath centre to lath centre equals 50,8 mm. Other pitches are available on request.
-	The lattices are fastened using galvanized screws M5 (F) and hardened and galvanized special steel bolts (G).
-	The pins (B), with standard sizes of 4 x 45 mm and 4 x 55 mm, are equipped with pressings which prevent them from being pulled out. The pins can also be permanently protected from corrosion.
-	The belts are available in a selection of materials and designs: - Polychrome belts; with leather coated polyamide cores, the screw heads are sunk into leather. Widths above 50 mm can be chosen. - Toothed belts for shaft diameters > 300 mm. 50 mm wide polyester belts reinforced with special fibres. Large teeth (D), connected by screws to the belts and laths, assure the additional necessary frictional connection. - Toothed belts for shaft diameters < 300 mm are additionally equipped with non-driven intermediary teeth (E). These assure low noise and low wear operating levels, even for smaller shaft- or wheel diameters larger than 140 mm.
-	The polyester web straps (L) seal the gaps by their insertion between the laths. These are absolutely resistant to removal due to woven plastic core threads.
-	The polyamide caps (K) close the lattices on the front side and serve as tarnishing protectors as well as in combination with a covering for the machine as seals.
-	The endless connection in the machine is an overlapping junction of the belts over 3 or 4 laths and is made by screw connection.

-	The aluminium lattice PAT5030 with a cross section of 50 x 30 mm offers a smooth surface. The profile was designed as a hollow core to reduce the weight. However, the profile is still solid at the pin positions. This assures that the spikes have a good hold in the lath. The distance from lath centre to lath centre is 64 mm or 70 mm as a standard. -	The laths are fastened using galvanized screws M6 and special hardened steel bolts.
-	The pins have a standard 5,4 mm diameter and a length of 53 mm or 63 mm. The pin angle is 45 degrees. Other lenghts are available on request.
-	As a standard, the spiked lattice is equipped with transilon belts.These belts consist of PVC-coatings with three (3) layers of polyester fibres inside. These are for the most part resistant to chemicals and humidity. The width of the belts is variable and needs to be adjusted to their use. The bolt screws are sunk into the coating of the belts.
-	The polyester web straps seal the gaps by their insertion between the lattices. Woven plastic threads make them absolutely resistant to removal. Strap removal is prevented by pressing the channels together at lath end.
-	The endless connection in the machine is an overlapping, screwed nonpositive belt connection over 3 or 4 laths.

Nike shox

Đây là một cải tiến mang tính cách mạng trong việc ứng dụng các loại đệm cho giày thể thao. Nike Shox luôn gồm có một phần plate bằng nhựa cứng , dưới plate là những cột làm bằng chất liệu đặc biệt với khả năng đàn hồi rất cao nhưng cũng khá cứng và vững. Khi gót giày chịu lực , phần plate sẽ phân tán đều lực ra toàn bộ phần gót chân và các cột sẽ nhận và phân tán lực theo nhiều hướng xuống đất , giúp giảm tối đa lực tác động ngược lên chân bạn. Đây là loại đệm không dùng nén khí như Air , Lunarlon là một khối lớn chứa rất nhiều bọt đàn hồi (foam) giúp đàn hồi rất tốt , khối foam là rất mềm và responsive. Lunarlon thường được bố trí dàn đều khắp toàn bộ phần đế của giày do đó khi di chuyển , bạn sẽ nhận được sự đàn hồi tối đa hoặc khi tiếp đất , lực sẽ được dàn đều ra toàn bộ bàn chân giúp giảm áp lực cho phần ức chân khi tiếp đất nhiều lần. Những mẫu giày mới ứng dụng Lunarlon khá nhiều và được dùng như một miếng lót cho giày , phần đế chỉ còn lại là phần cao su tiếp xúc mặt đất. 

Nike free

Đây là công nghệ giúp bạn có cảm giác hơn khi chạy. Nó hoàn toàn không có đệm và tạo cho bạn cảm giác như đang đi chân không, nhưng không phải là không an toàn , Nike Free cực kỳ dẻo , giúp phần đế sẽ ôm sát theo chân bạn từ đầu ngón chân cho đến gót. Tuy vậy Nike Free chỉ là công nghệ ứng dụng cho dòng Nike Free Running, là giày chạy bộ, Nike Free không được ứng dụng cho các môn thể thao khác.

Gồm 3 lớp kết dính với nhau bằng nhiệt độ cao. Lớp thứ nhất là da synthetic(tổng hợp) bên trong giúp tạo sự thoải mái khi mang , thứ 2 là lớp lưới cực nhẹ và thông gió tạo độ thoáng khi sử dụng và cuối cùng là lớp phim TPU tại các điểm nối giúp tăng tối đa độ bền, tạo ra một phần lưới rất nhẹ , chắc chắn và thoáng gió. Đây là công nghệ sự dụng khá nhiều trong giày thể thao Nike hiện nay từ bóng đá đến Tennis , bóng rổ hay chạy bộ. Flywire là các sợi vải thường được bố trí ôm vào hai bên bàn chân , mũi chân hoặc gót chân , Flywire giúp cho phần trên của giày luôn ôm sát vào chân bạn , giữ chân không bị xộc xệch (nghe cứ như dây giày nhưng thực ra không phải nhé ^^). Hiện nay có một số mẫu Flywire được đặt lộ ra ngoài , móc vào dây giày thay vì ẩn vào phần upper; làm cho Flywire vừa giữ dây giày vừa làm ôm hết toàn bộ phần upper vào chân bạn.
